Recruiting differently to embody our human values
Guided by a spirit of openness and progress, we chose to enrich our approach by partnering with the À Lundi association. This partnership reflects our wish to recruit differently, by offering opportunities to motivated and curious people who want to learn our technical trades.
Through this recruitment program, three new people joined the Sud Ouest Radiateurs team: Mélanie, Florent, and Nicolas. Their paths are different, but they share the same energy, drive to grow, and commitment to building a lasting future with us.
Beyond the résumé, we focus on personal qualities. We value the personalities that best reflect our core values: motivation, reliability, and the ability to work within a caring, united team.

One example is the QCPM training (Qualification of Professional Companion in Metallurgy), completed by Florent. This program, delivered by the À Lundi association and held directly in our workshops, develops advanced technical skills in metallurgy, welding, and industrial processes. It also strengthens precision, autonomy, and confidence at work.
Training also means sharing. Our experienced team members pass on their know-how and guide the new generations of technicians. This spirit of transmission keeps our human values and professional standards alive.
