The reception area: an essential first point of contact with our customers

At Sud Ouest Radiateurs, every interaction counts.
The reception area is the first point of contact between our customers and our team: a space that must inspire confidence, transparency and professionalism.

In June 2025, we undertook a complete refurbishment of this space. In just three days, our reception area was transformed: more modern, more welcoming, more open.
Beyond a visual change, this project reflects our vision of work: an environment where people, quality support and close relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

This new space tells the story of who we are and what we stand for: a company where welcoming customers is not a formality, but a genuine focus on each individual.

Modernising our reception area while preserving our identity

To bring a new dynamic, we chose sustainable materials such as solid oak and sturdy furniture.
This modernisation reflects our identity: quality, technical expertise and authenticity.

Part of the work was carried out in-house using recycled materials.

This responsible approach optimises our resources, limits waste and respects our environment.
This refurbishment creates an aesthetic, sustainable space that is true to our values.

A visitor centre project supported by local expertise

As part of our commitment to the local community, we first collaborated with local businesses, including ABT Menuiserie in Bègles.
Their precision and expertise truly enriched this project.

What’s more, supporting local players strengthens the local economy and our CSR commitments.
It also showcases regional talent and a taste for a job well done.

Finally, this choice reflects our conviction that a strong company remains rooted in its local area and values its local partners.

An open reception area to enhance the customer experience

The initial aim of the project was to create an open, spacious and fluid reception area that would encourage interaction.
Next, by rethinking every detail, we improved the customer experience from the moment of arrival, thanks to intuitive circulation and easier contact.

Furthermore, this layout encourages interaction and support, in line with our culture of proximity and attentiveness.
Finally, every visitor should feel the spirit of Sud Ouest Radiateurs, driven by a committed and accessible team.

This new reception area also benefits those who use it on a daily basis.
