Sud Ouest Radiateurs has always placed people at the centre of its development. Therefore, supporting apprentices reflects our genuine desire to invest in the next generation. This year, we are proud to welcome Elies and Gaëtan, who also bring fresh energy and motivation to our teams. Moreover, their enthusiasm and curiosity are already helping to enrich and strengthen our internal dynamic.
Promoting integration through structured support for apprentices
To facilitate their arrival, we ensure a supportive and educational environment. Consequently, Elies, an apprentice in mechanical and production engineering, joined us in September 2024. He is actively involved in projects to optimize equipment and processes while also discovering the behind-the-scenes aspects of our expertise. Currently studying at the Bordeaux University Institute of Technology, specializing in Digital Simulation and Virtual Reality, his fresh perspective proves valuable for improving our practices. Meanwhile, Gaëtan, a Business Developer, joined the company on October 13, 2025. In addition to developing the FAP cleaning service, he manages our digital communication. Thanks to his Master’s degree from INSEEC Bordeaux, he applies his learning directly in the field and quickly became comfortable and aligned with his missions.

In reality, supporting apprentices goes far beyond simple training. Therefore, our young employees benefit from a structured environment, clear responsibilities, and constant guidance.
